1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the CodeMyTrade website (www.codemytrade.com), engaging our services, or entering into any agreement with CodeMyTrade ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), you ('Client', 'you', or 'your') agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms in full, you must not use our website or engage our services.

2. Description of Services

CodeMyTrade provides the following technology and consulting services:

• Custom algorithmic trading system design and development
• Real-time option chain dashboards and market data visualization tools
• Private low-latency execution infrastructure development
• Capital and risk management system engineering
• MetaTrader 5 (MT5) execution system integration
• Strategy engineering, automation, and API integration services

All services are provided on a custom, project-specific basis. CodeMyTrade does not manage client funds, provide investment advisory services, or act as a registered investment advisor, portfolio manager, or stockbroker.

3. Eligibility

To engage our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Client Ownership

Upon full payment of all agreed fees, CodeMyTrade assigns to the Client all rights, title, and interest in the custom-developed trading systems specifically built for the Client.

4.2 CodeMyTrade IP

All pre-existing intellectual property, proprietary frameworks, and base libraries developed by CodeMyTrade remain the exclusive property of CodeMyTrade.

5. Confidentiality

CodeMyTrade treats all Client information, trading strategies, and logic with the strictest confidentiality. We shall not disclose, share, or utilize any Client-specific information for any purpose other than the delivery of the agreed services.

6. Payment Terms

All fees and payment schedules shall be agreed upon in writing prior to commencement. CodeMyTrade typically operates on a milestone-based payment structure.

7. Disclaimer of Financial Advice

CodeMyTrade is a technology services firm. We do not provide investment advice, trading recommendations, or portfolio management. Algorithmic trading involves significant financial risk. Clients are solely responsible for all trading decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

CodeMyTrade shall not be liable for any trading losses or financial damages arising from the use of systems developed by us. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project.

9. Data Privacy & Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect client data. We do not sell, rent, or transfer client data to third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
